Mhada — harassment by mhada officials for high wadi plot registration

My father got plot in mhada nagpur lottery hig wadi in 1995. The mhada officials have not even shown the plot location. So many officers have changed since then. My parents are old now. The officials are asking for bribe and are asking us to pay tax even when the plot not registered on my father's name. They were saying that there is no file for the mentioned plot. But when we went through a agent who has asked us to pay bribe to every official they are now saying that they have got the file. They are haressing my father mentally and financially also.
