Respected Sir Regarding Reconstruction of three independent Structure Demolished Twice date:-30/08/2019 & 24/11/2020. by MHADA Authority at chawl no- 68/536, 537&538.Motilal Nagar no-3, Goregaon West Mumbai. Which was collapsed on date:-23/12/2018.due to carrying out illegal First and Second Floor where many innocent People, Labour Died and Injured Case Registered against Owner and Contractor is Pending in Borivali Magistrate Court the Owner of the said premises is making Mockery of Law Frequently and MHADA Official not initiating strict Action against the Owner I humbly Request to plz stop the said work and initiate Strict Action due to Process of Law or else I'll placed my previous Complaint and the said Mail in Higher Authority for Legal proceedings Hope your kind honour will put my plea through democratic process Thanking You yours Sincerely Ayaz Yasin Khan ([protected]/[protected].)
