I have mhada flat no. D/1803 in ashthvinayak (D) chs in ekta nagar, kandivali (W). Since 2 1/2 months ago there is heavy leakage in my flat. Society say the upper floor owner can get repairs work for toilet & bathroom. What type of guarantee work done by shirke construction co. He should look after for repair work for atleast 5 years.
