Mhada — mhada amount not refunded

My fahter narayan hirodkar applied ofr mhada pune lottery and he didn't get the refund amount of 10000/- from mhada till the date. I tried several times to call mhada office at mumbai as well as pune but no one is answering the call and not responding to email sent to them. Pleasel et me know when it will be refunded to him?
