Re. : Project Ekta Tripolis being constructed by Ekta Everglade Homes Pvt. Ltd. on plot R-6 of Goregaon Siddharth Nagar Patra Chawl layout

Respected Sir,

We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as the purchasers of Flats in Ekta Tripolis project situated at Siddharth Nagar, Off Link Road, Goregaon West, Mumbai 400 104 and it’s being constructed by Ekta Everglade Homes Pvt. Ltd. having their address at 401, Hallmark Business Plaza, Off W.E.Highway, Kalanagar, Bandra (E), Mumbai — 400 051. We have registered as TRIPOLIS WELFARE ASSOCIATION with registration no - Greater Mu/0000011/2021 under the Societies Registration Act, 1860(XXI of 1860).

As you are aware, Ekta has duly completed construction of 2 Wings i.e. A and B having Basement + Ground (including Shopping) + 3 podiums + 36 floors and have completed construction of C Wing up to Basement + Ground (including Shopping) + 3 podiums + 36 floors (super structure) although the same is complete in all respect up to 18th Floor and all the Flat Purchasers including ourselves, are anxiously waiting for the possession of our respective flats for more than 4 years and are now seeing some ray of hope.
We are aware that under the captioned G.R., it has been directed that MHADA will complete the construction of the Rehab building in Sector — R-9 for rehabilitation of the original 672 tenants of Patra Chawl and you have appointed “Relcon Infraprojects Ltd” as Developer to complete the construction of their respective sale buildings in the Siddharth Nagar Layout. We also understand that your Esteem Technical Committee is working with Ekta in closing final aspects of the NoC for OC.

It is of paramount importance to bring to your notice that 612 Home Buyers like us, who have invested their hard earned money since long in the aforesaid project of Ekta Tripolis and have taken home loans from various financial institutions are since long bearing the double burden of EMI’s and Rent and are still desperately awaiting possession of their respective Homes. Most o[censored]s are not only bearing the burden of mounting interest but also having to pay rent for our current accommodation. This has affected our mental as well as family lives and the pandemic has only made it worse with most of our salaries/ businesses suffering and taking a hit.
We are suffering Mentally & Financially very badly due to delay in granting the part Occupation Certificate.

We request you to initiate the process for part Occupation Certificate and complete required documentation & processes with Ekta World. We all 612 buyers jointly with folded hands plead you to use your good offices and help sort this issue so that we can take a breath of relief and organise our lives financially & mentally
