Mhada — Mhada online payment of mhada form (10560/-) debited but status payment not received

I filled the application form for mhada lottery konkan 2021. I made the payment through upi id of 10560. It got deducted from my account but in the form it still shows payment not recieved. The helpline numbers are not working. Please help. I have attached photos of payment made and website showing not recieved
