Mhada — online payment of mhada form (10560/-) debited but status payment not received

Online Payment done but still showing payment not received

Dear Sir,
I have applied for MHADA KONKAN LOTTERY 2021 ( K21 ), I have made online payment through UPI option.Amount -10560/-

The payment was debited from my account on 19 /09/2021 but the application status still shows Payment Not Received.

Please advice and update status of my application, i am trying to contact mhada but they are not available on there helpline number also.
