Mhada — Payment not received but debited

Have applied for MHADA KONKAN LOTTERY 2021 ), I have made online payment through QR CODE option.

The payment was debited from my account on 30/09/2021 but the application status still shows Payment Not Received.

Please advice and update status of my application, i am trying to contact mhada but they are not available on there helpline number as well.
