Mhada — Refund not received yet

I had applied for Mhada Scheme 2021 and was in the winner list, declared on 22nd Jan 2021. With application no. [protected], scheme 364, Pimpri waghere LIG.
I had done a down payment on 2nd Feb 2021. Later after the payment I decided to cancel the flat. And applied for a refund.
I have not yet received the refund amount.
