Mi-Flashstore.com — non deliverance of product

There was an offer on mi-flashstore.com; where after checking out to make payment, payment done thru paytm wallet. After payment was successful, it was shown on screen that payment made to "unique fast food" as a vendor. Bit surprised to know that i paid for electronic items but payment happened to fast food-it happened one month ago. Till now no delivery of product nor the refund of money, nor able to track the vendor or its address. Tried to reach thru vendor via paytm, but they refused to support. Its cheat; how to get back my money back - don't know.in such a situation, paytm should take the onus to support consumer to not get cheated and they should approach or check with vendor about such incidence when payment done thru them
