I have purchased the product of power bank with 20800mah which i have got free of fastrack watch. But, the power bank was broken and watch is not in working condition. When i try to contact them, they are not even responding through mail / call to send back. Please send the new product which is in working condition or resend my amount to me.

The purchase i have made in flatsale. Online which is interlinked to dealsamazon. Please take some action against them to stop this kind of activities.
