I have purchased the product of power bank with 20800mah which i have got free of fastrack watch. But, the power bank was broken and watch is not in working condition. When i try to contact them, they are not even responding through mail / call to send back. Please send the new product which is in working condition or resend my amount to me.

I just ordered a power bank of sony company of 25000mah but I received mi+ 16000mah power bank really I got frustrated I want to send it back to you .my order no.is #BOO[protected] which was ordered on January 3, 2017 for ₹599.i had seen and bought sony power bank but It was wrong delivered to me now I want to return it back to you.please return it and take quick action about these type of cases.....
