My 43" TV Service was requested on 5th Nov 2022 & a MI technician visited on 7th Nov 2022. He said that the TV Panel needs to be replaced due to it's gone bad. Company service policy says that the complaint will be rectified in 10 working days to replace the part. Job card no. is TVIN[protected]. Now, it's the 16th day but the MI customer care executive is saying it's going to take another working 10 days to resolve the problem.
I wish MI Service to look into the matter and resolve this problem at the earliest. I am losing trust in MI. Friends beware before buying any product from MI XIAOMI.
