The 55 inches MI TV did not work. I booked for service. A technician visited. He did not even touch the TV. Looking at my TV he said it cannot be repaired and entire display has to be changed and it would take Rs. 30, 000. He demanded service change for let me know that the TV cannot be repaired.
I reached out to a non MI technician. He got the TV ready with Rs.7, 500.

The unqualified technicians are damaging the brand value of MI

My 43" TV Service was requested on 5th Nov 2022 & a MI technician visited on 7th Nov 2022. He said that the TV Panel needs to be replaced due to it's gone bad. Company service policy says that the complaint will be rectified in 10 working days to replace the part. Job card no. is TVIN[protected]. Now, it's the 16th day but the MI customer care executive is saying it's going to take another working 10 days to resolve the problem.

I wish MI Service to look into the matter and resolve this problem at the earliest. I am losing trust in MI. Friends beware before buying any product from MI XIAOMI.

I had purchased Mi tv 4x 43 inch along with mi extended warranty provided by one assist in 7th May 2020. The Tv panel was under 2 year brand warranty upto 6th May 2022. Now the panel under extended warranty provided by One assist. Now(7/11/2022) the tv panel got complaint, and one assist not taking complaint request because they are say ng that warranty expired in 7 th May 2022. The extended warranty and tv invoice details are attached below....

Just one year ago we bought this MI TV from Flipkart, 2.07.2021. But, now in the monitor there are problems. Last month just started with one line on the monitor, now it increased with 6 lines.

I take before 10days mi 40" tv from karwar karnataka today it's not show display anything

I bought mi smart tv from flipcart on, 19 dec 2019. When engineer come to install the tv he was not able to install because tv was defective. On that day i asked for replacement but they denied. Now the screen of tv is having lines and mi tv customer care tem is saying you have to pay for repair of tv.

Last year i brought mi tv, model number - l43m5-ai manufacturing year 2018. I was happy with the performance of the television but from the last few days, i am facing issues in using netflix app on my television.

Last month i got an update from mi on my television and my television operating system automatically got changed from patch wall to the android system. After getting a new operating system...

My mi tv 4a pro shown blank. Motherboard change by service engg and said that screen also need to replace. We will replace screen by next day. But no revisit by mi customer care executive.

Complaint registered on 17th oct. But problem not resolved till now.

Again 26th oct complaint about my tv. But no engg visit or confirmation call from your side.

How many days to resolve my problem.

Am i made a mistake to buy mi tv?

My mi 4a pro 49 inch tv is not working from saturday. I contacted the customer care on sunday and complained about that. I received a message stating that a technician will arrive on monday morning between 9:00 a. M. To12:00 p. M. But monday fully i didn't receive any message or call from the service centre. Again i contacted the customer care on tuesday morning and said that no one visited my house to repair the tv. They said that they will send a person on tuesday and a person came on tuesday evening to repair my tv. But that person did not know how to repair the tv as he was trained only for tv installation. So he left saying that he did not know how to repair the tv. So i contacted the service centre and the person in charge said that he will send a person on wednesday morning but till wednesday evening no one arrived and then after i contact them several times they said that evening a person will come but evening also no one came to repair. So i contacted him again and he said that there are thousand customers and he cannot send a person to my house. Then i contacted the customer care on wednesday night and said that i am going to place this issue in the consumer court and i need a person to repair my tv the same day. But there is no response even from the customer care side or from the service centre. Please consider my issue seriously and take the necessary steps. I have a very strong complaint on the service centre and also on the the mi tv.

On tuesday after i raised a complaint the service center sent a person on tuesday evening who did not know how to repair the tv as he was trained only for tv installation. Then the service centre manager said that he will send a person wednesday morning. Till evening no one came so i contacted the service centre again but they said that there are 1000 customers for them and so they wont send any technician. I have contacted customer care yesterday and said i will go to consumer court but even then there is no response. Kindly take this as a serious issue. Please take complaint over the service centre and also on mi tv
