My self stawan alwalwar traveled on 3rd jan 2019 from banglore to raipur from 19:10 flight but my traveling bag is taken and load off by cabin crew in hydrabad and nt recieving call neither any update from 18 hours and diconect cal after recieving the cal by indigo hydrabad staff my bag having laptop, company documents (Microlabs) which are highly confidentilal and seriously no updates as i am regular travling to indigo and i will inform my company to cancell all the booking from next time onwards from indigo and ahift to other airlines if i get bag its ok other wise i will make sure my compant will not book a single flight of indigo from next week. as such text are gossips.
Regular traveller (mile sprograms) represent a useless registratin at air carrier data bases
for 99, 99% travelers all over the world .
Your highly confidental documents = unproved words without monetary value.
1. You need to have and to show:
- your full name, address, e-mail
- your e-ticket
- your bag tag, if the omplaint related to loss/damaged baggage
- PROPERTY IRREGULATORY REPORT (PIR) or DAMAGE REPORT, issued by the agent
- you exct request expressed in 1-2 sentances
- the decsion / reply of the air carrier.
2. The air carrier liablity for damaged/delayed bagage is limitted by the law.
3. It is usless to request the same subject matter more than 2 times from the same air carrier (example, gimme 1000 ruppes for delayed/damaged luggage), if the air carrier failed to reply in 15 days.
The future act is a civil case in a local court only.
Your expected expences for legal case can be:
- government fees start from 200 or from 2000 ruppes, if in India, depenfing upon the court
- legal fees for assistance of a lawyer or of legal professional start
a) from !~10000 rupees + own efforts on the collection of the documents or
b) from 25000 rupees if you wish to sit and talki to the lawyer over phone only.
The fair court shall award all reasonable losses, moral compensation, paid fees by the judgemnt.
