I am college student and have Fixed deposit for Rs.30, 000 (FDR No. 1286 ) under cumulative scheme in your company from[protected] to[protected] with a maturity amount of Rs.43, 400. I saved small money and invested in your company thinking that I could use cumulative money for my higher studies etc. and now you are expressing difficulty to honor the payment. Kindly explain the following: a)Why your office is sending mail dt.24, march 2014 on 12, May 2014? Why till date your office has not sent hard copy letter since it is so important? b)We invest our hard earned money to companies with trust and if they cheat us where should we go? c)You have mentioned that in lieu of our money we can buy your company’s products. However, since these are basically industry related products, how can we buy the same? Secondly, your website is closed. Your new phone numbers[protected] are not working. How to choose your products? d)You have also mentioned that Edelweiss financial services ltd, has acquired debt worth Rs.50 crores etc. of your company. Whether this includes our Fixed deposits also? Now who will pay our fixed deposits?
