Micromax Canvas A109 — Inconvenience in my mobile phone

On 8 January 2015, I brought a Micromax mobile phone(Model No.A109) from Balaji Mobitec, a dealer in Gummat, Jammu, J&K. I have discovered that the phone has the following problem. First of all, its phone storage is damaged. Therefore, I cannot download any thing & can't use any app.Then, I went to M/S Sawhney Communication, a Service Centre in 88 Chand Nagar, Below Gummat, Jammu, J&K on 14 March 2015.They told us that they will repair it on Monday & when I reach there, they refused & gave too much excuse.They misbehaved too and assure me that I will be able to get my phone after 10 days.Now, 20 days have gone & I haven't got my phone. Also, I have sent a mail to them on 18 March 2015 from different email.But, they haven't replied to it also. As they are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the phone replaced or refunded and I would request you should take strict action against them. Yours truly Rajeev Mahajan
