[Resolved]  Micromax Canvas A117 — Touch pad not working

Hi, I am SARAVANAN from Chennai. I have purchased Micromax A117 smart phone on 19-April-2014. Within 4 months, I have experienced with problems in Touch Pad while navigating Menu. I have given my phone for service at DEPROSYS TECHNOLOGIES, T.Nagar, Chennai on 16-Aug-14. They said there is problem with Touch pad and it has to be replaced. The lead time committed to rectify the problem was 7 to 10 days. Since, no action taken as on 25-Aug-2014, I have filed my complaint on the same day by contacting the customer care number: [protected] (complaint number: [protected]) Still there is no progress till 08-Sep-14 (23rd day). Again I have contacted the customer care number to know status of my complaint. They said it will be resolved in another7 working days. But they are not committing any date. If the problem cannot be rectified, Micromax have to replace with new phone. Since, whenever I am contacting the service center, always they are telling that the spare is not arrived yet from Delhi Head Office.
