hi, i have submitted my phone on date 06/06/2015 for repairing my sound quality issue to company, and till date it is not repaired.i was guaranteed for repaired it within 15 days, today it is more than 15 days.

Touch pad not working

Hi,
I am SARAVANAN from Chennai.
I have purchased Micromax A117 smart phone on 19-April-2014. Within 4 months, I have experienced with problems in Touch Pad while navigating Menu.
I have given my phone for service at DEPROSYS TECHNOLOGIES, T.Nagar, Chennai on 16-Aug-14.
They said there is problem with Touch pad and it has to be replaced. The lead time committed to rectify the problem was 7 to 10 days.
Since, no action taken...
