Microscan Infocommtech Private Limited — wifi not working and when works, frequent network disruption

Address: Registered Office - A/301-303, Everest Grande,Opp Ahura Center, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri East.

I have availed wifi services from Microscan on[protected] and paid an advance amount of Rs 3534 for a tenure of 6 months. i.e upto September 2024. From then onwards wifi network is disrupted every 30 seconds. Further from June onwards the wifi is not working at all.

I have called them many times on their customer care number, but unable to reach them. Further I have mailed them several times, raising a complaint regarding this issue. They never send a technician at my home to address the issue. I have enclosed the images of the mails i have send to them but still the problem is not resolved.

I am a working professional, and I required an uninterrupted network connection to executive my professional responsibilities. But due to Microscan and their useless customer support team, my office work is hampered.

I want strict legal action to be taken against Microscan so that they can understand the importance of customer service and value their customers.
