I have availed wifi services from Microscan on[protected] and paid an advance amount of Rs 3534 for a tenure of 6 months. i.e upto September 2024. From then onwards wifi network is disrupted every 30 seconds. Further from June onwards the wifi is not working at all.

I have called them many times on their customer care number, but unable to reach them. Further I have mailed them several times, raising a complaint regarding this...

Brand name is Vovinet. Support is very bad. There is frequent disconnection. Internet gets disconnected after 6.30 only and there is no one to support after that. It appeared 3 times in last 1 month. It worked fine from March 2021 to March 2022. Issues appeared after that. It seems they are doing purposefully to discourage users to use internet

I have taken internet connection from microscan on 18 march 2020 but after 1 day o[censored]se internet connection interupted due to some technical issue.
I have rised complaint to microscan support team 10 days ago they just rised issue number and told that engineer is assigned to resolve issue but no one come to resolve issue yet niether given any commitment when the issue will be resolved and also do not receive the call, denied to refund the money as well.
