Microscan Internet Limited — Refund Denied by Microscan Despite Inaccessibility in New Location

My husband had paid a full-year premium amount for Microscan broadband service. However, due to relocation from Kandivali to Goregaon, we requested to shift the connection. Microscan has informed us that their services are not available in Goregaon.

Despite this, they are refusing to provide a refund for the remaining 10 months, even though we have only used the connection for 2 months. This is completely unfair and unethical, especially since the service cannot be transferred or used at the new address.

I am seeking a refund for the unused months of the broadband subscription.
