In the locality of Perumbakkam, Chennai (Near Sholinganallur) is the Embassy Residency (gated community) where a minimum of 200 families live. During January 2018, the only internet service provider available for my building was Microsense. I opted for a package which is unlimited download at the speed of 20 Mbps from 5th Jan 2018 to 5th Aug 2018.
Right from day one there was problem with the connectivity and speed. This was taken to the service team's notice and at one point I had my wireless router replaced since the hardware is covered by them in the package. Still the internet speed isn't resolved. There's a whatsapp group administered by the Microsense team which has all the customers who use their internet service. Through this medium I have understood well that the issue is at the product level and as well at the service level.
For the past 1 week there has been no response from the team. They do not respond nor get back to us or not even attend the issue reported. Since there's no one to communicate through phone or mail, I'm forced to submit this complaint. There hasn't been a mail shared earlier but the whatsapp group has about 60+ users who are very frustrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
