Microsoft Lumia 430 — Display problem

The problem is that we are getting a blurred display in the phone. I purchased the phone recently on 12th may of this year. I purchased the phone from GULF BAZAR, Naduthodi Building, kotttapadi, Malappuram. And i have given the phone for repairing in the same shop. But it is not yet repaired . And iam sure that it is not my fault behind the damage of the phone.
