Microsoft Lumia 430 — Not working /gets rebooted every now and then

Hi Flipkart team, I had ordered a Microsoft Lumia 430 worth Rs4890 during August 1st 2015 in the name of Kishan Swain . The phone from 1st day onwards is getting rebooted every now and then. As i am out of INDIA from past 1year i had purchased it under the name of Kisan Swain amd Mr. Kisan Swain too is transferred to someother place now . So was unable to complaint against it. Now we have kept the phone in our native and both o[censored]s are not at Bhubaneswar and i shall return back to INDIA next year after FEB. So please let me know what can we do about this. As per my knowledge a phone which is purchased from a vendor like flipkart shouldnot have any problem.
