Frequent internet problems and no resolution when demanded, no response from the local operator as well. Local operators has created some kind of monopoly in Durgapur and straight deny when ever we ask for some other ISP. It's been two months when they sometimes go off for 1 whole day to sometimes 6 to 7 hours at a stretch, it's highly problematic for people who are working in a wfh scenario.
