Microtek International — Microtek Legend 650 malfunctioning

I bought it last year in December

It was not working properly since the beginning and I complained many times. A replacement was done but that even did not work.

It doesn't work for even 15 minutes for just a wifi router.

This company sucks. Won't be buying inverter from them....

Microtek International — Unprofessional behaviour by a local agent (Rupesh) of microtek on non-resolution of complaint

Hi Team,

Regarding Complaint no-MJCBR[protected].

I have been a customer of microtek since last 7-8 years.

I bought a new inverter on may 2023. It stopped working and i raised a complaint on 23rd August.

Everyday I was following up with customer care and they were assuring me that it will be resolved under 72 hours since 72 hours is your SLA.

Today also before...

Microtek International — Due to bad response by service center dhanbad (jharkhand)

Dear Sir,
I have resitered The complain on 14/08/2023. My comlain number is JH[protected] Nobody responsed for this compain. when we are calling your service center, Nobody is receiving The call.
when we tried to contact your Area sales manager (Dhanbad, Jharkhand) he also did not response.
kindly update me what to do, how could we will servive with thsi type of bad servise.
