Midasbuy — did not receive unknown cash (virtual form of credit for online game pubg)

I paid 899 rupees to midasbuy for buying unknown cash of quantity 4200 units for pubg mobile game. Money was deducted from account and payment was successful but i did not receive the product (Uc for pubg mobile). The team did not repsond when i tried to contact them regarding the issue.
