I purchased Midea Water Geyser from sales India, Nikol, Ahmedabad on 05/01/2020. Initially, it was working properly. This product comes with a warranty of 7+4+2 years.
But on 20/12/2021 it was suddenly stopped working. I made a complaint to sales India and after two days i.e. on 22/12/2021 a technical person visited my place to check the fault in the product. After inspecting, he found the heating part is not working. He informed me that the required part is not available in stock and hence, needs to order from china company and will take some time. How much time he was not sure.
I made a customer call the next day (i am not sure) and asked for the delivery date for the parts, then they informed me there are total of 3 parts are order for your product and the tentative delivery time is 20/01/2022. I don't know why this big company doesn't stock parts locally.
On 17/01/2022 I got a call from the media service that parts were received and he is coming for installation but unfortunately, only a single part was received and that too was the wrong part not fitted in the machine.
I am not satisfied with their unprofessional services and suffer a lot. Was this information helpful? |
