I am not getting proper spare parts from the Midea as per the service provider. Midea is not providing the spare parts by online and unnecessarily we need to log the call for service engineer visit and it is a waste of our money.

I have called on date of 31/08/2019 on number of[protected] for resolve vibration & noise problem in washing machine and they told they will provide service as soon as possible. Then i called on 4, 7, 10 & 11th september, 2019, but till today i have not get any call or any service. So, i want to know will midea be provide service or not? If yes, then when...? If midea is not able to provide service then say no.. I will change my company.

Complaint marked as Resolved My problem is not resolved by care no. 180030000011. But solved by midea delhi cate that forwarded this to main service person of gujarat's care in Ahmedabad and he resolved my problem... So, my suggestion to 180030000011 that plzz give proper & quick response to customer i. e. if you say service will be provided within a day then provide.. not say lie to customer. And if not provided in time limit then give genuine reason via sms or call to customer from your side firstly. Because i have call 6 to 8 times to 180030000011 no but they not solved.
