midway shop — non receipt of ordered product

on 15th Feb. 2015 I have received a call ([protected]) from midwayshop.com person (Vobhor). Continiousely two days this guy called me to place order for android combo offer. Finaly on 17/02/2015 I had placed a android combo offer and paid Rs. 6999/- vide ICICI debit card. As per Mr. Vibhor, I have to receive a confirmation call from your midway shop. But till date I have not received a single call / mail from Midway shop. I am daily sending mail to midwayshop on their mail id - [protected]@midwayshop.com and [protected]@midwayshop.com.I am also trying the contact no.[protected] which was displayed on midway shop site. suddenlly the contact no. on website was changed. New no. is[protected]. on 02/03/2015 I try this no. and magically this no. was connected and I talk with ms. Neha and Rashmi. I told her what happered with me. She also commute me to send all dispatch details by mail and I will received my order within 2-3 days. but unfortunately till time I have not received any mail or single call from Midway shop. Also I haven't received any item and nor my valuable money. My Order no. is 33704918 dt. 17/02/2015. Pls help me to get my money back or product which I have ordered with assured gift.
