Migration Compliances — fraud, cheating & falsification

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra
Website:migrationcompliances.com

Dear sir / madam, i rendered services of globemigrations now known as migrationcompliances (Migrationcompliances.com). The agency mis-represented the information and did my skillset to apply for visa for australia. They collected money in gbp by charging my credit card and assigned a mara registered lawyer aseem saini vide registration number 1172969 for my eoi number e[protected] for nominated occupation customer service manager - 149212. During the assessment i was been informed that for this visa type i need 60 points to qualify. Knowing the same i went into an agreement and started my application with the mara lawyer and paid the required sum. My skill assessment was positive and i scored 7.5 as overall in ielts. It must be noted that for this job occupation, it is imperative to get a state sponsorship and for the same which was open on for south australia during the time of assessment and while lodging the eoi. One must have 80-85 points to get a state sponsorship which i was not being informed by the lawyer at the time of assessment and while lodging eoi. Since after a 2 year long wait i did not get an invite, upon my research on the internet i learnt about 80-85 points criteria to get state sponsorship. When i raised this with the mara lawyer, he said that he is not bound to tell me on these conditions and thus, has not falsified anything. It must also be noted that my eoi was lodged incorrectly as the lawyer failed to mention the correct work experience due to doubts he had based on actual years and years considered as relevant by vetassess in their skill assessment report. This was later rectified by the lawyer on 4th april 2016 when i looked into this and found this error. Original eoi was submitted on 22nd aug 2015, thus for almost 1.5 years, i was being mis-represented in eoi further lowering my chance to get an invite. When i contacted mr. Kumar from migrationcompliances (Formerly known as globemigrations), he initially offered me refund and then he disowned any responsibility. They have closed their mumbai office 2 years ago because of police complaint being registered by others who have been cheated. Please check if the company is even registered in india and the channel they are using to transfer funds outside india to their uk based account. I would like to report that the lawyer before taking the money said that i qualify since i need just 60 points and never did he mention anything about the minimum required points for state sponsorship which was also mandatory to get an invite. Upon being questioned about the falsification and error made in submission of the my application, the lawyer threated me with dire consequences by lodging a legal case against me. I have lost my precious time and hard earned money because o[censored]nethical practices of the lawyer. I would request the authorities to investigate this matter and help me get justice.
Regards, saurabh kapoor
