Migsun — Delay in possession of the flat

Beware of transaction with Migsun. The real state builder and developer takes money for purchase of flat and does not hand over flat in time bound manner. They earn interest on your money and never bother about your money. I am sufferer. I bought flat from BOP in SUN ULTIMO 4-608 in Omicron III in Greater Noida in November 2020. I had sale agreement with Migsun in Feb 21. Possession was assured within two months. Thereafter whenever asked about possession, no one could give any firm date. They gave one excuse or other like approval awaited from Greater Noida Authority or NOC required. I have paid full amount in Nov, 2020 but still they have not issued any NOC. They have not given any intimation of possession. The communication is very poor. No body owns any responsibility. Now they say that NOC will take 30 to 45 days to process. Isn't it
ridiculous? Would issuing NOC take 30 to 45 days? Imagine, how does this company work? Customers awareness is required. Don't become trap of such companies. Now, they ask whether anyone wants to shift from property. If you invest, do not be sure when will you get possession of flat? I am now complaining to UP RERA and Government and also to media. Migsun is required to pay invested amount with interest if they are not ready to give possession.
