I have booked flat in migsun roof at rajnagar extension. We have told that they will provide us the loan for remaining amount as we have paid only 20%. Beware of transaction with Migsun. The real state builder and developer takes money for purchase of flat and does not hand over flat in time bound manner. I have purchased the property from Migsun in Grator Noida.
As suggested by the Migsun I have taken the loan from Indiabulls ( Loan Partner of Migsun ).

Instead of sending demand letter to Indiabulls they sent the letter to me to clear the remaining amount.
