Dear Milagrow team,
I have been repeatedly following up with you to service and return the product Imap Max 24 Pro which is still under warranty. The person in my previous call on friday 8-August-2025 indicated that the product is not yet repaired. I'm getting inconsistent responses from the service team (on 6th I was told that it is repaired and it would be shipped on 7th August 2025 but on 8th I was told that it is not yet repaired). I request you to ship me the new/fresh piece of Milagrow Imap Max 24 Pro as soon as possible before 15th August 2025.
It is becoming increasingly frustrating that I have to follow up repeatedly and more irritating that 1st day response is that it is fixed & subsequent day I'm told that the problem is yet to be resolved.
If this does not work, you may refund the amount I had paid for the item.

Dear Customercare Team,
I had raised a ticket on 14-July-2025 (Your complaint ID is #[protected]. I was informed that the product would be picked on 19/20 July 2025 between 2:30 PM and 7 PM by DTDC as below. Neither I got a call by the DTDC person nor was I informed of any change of plan. It is disheartening that in spite of my repeated request to be picked up on weekend (both me & my wife are employed and are extremely tied up during weekdays)., this has not happened.
Also, it is the 2nd instance in such a short time that the product has to be shipped from Bangalore to Gurgaon for major issues.
I request you to replace the product with a better performing one so that we do not have to ship repeatedly.

Dear Milagrow Support Team, It is annoying that NONE came to pick the item on either of the days (19/20 between 2:30 PM to 7 PM.) I did not receive any call either from DTDC. Please share the email address to where I have to escalate. We are working people and it becomes extremely disgusting that the complaint is not attended to. Request you to replace the system as this is the 2nd time the product has to be shipped to your Gurgaon office all the way from Bangalore
