Dear Sir,

I am J P Anandam from Hyderabad 500 062. I have been using a Robot
Vacuum Cleaner, Malagrow - RedHawk 21 for the last 2 years. Now, showing
"Charging fault" - Fault indication by light flashing - the red light flashes 14 times, and 1 beep can be heard. The charging dock power supply is notmal.
Robot was in unused condition for months during our trip to US, that time
power supply was switched off.

Please depute your technician and sort out the matter.

    I have purchased Imap 10 last February 2022. The vacuum cleaner robot worked fine and did a good job till 5th oct 2023. It's to clean for 5 to 10 minutes and stops dead, no way you can wake up unless you have to physically carry it to charging station. This cycle keeps repeating. Made many calls, wahatsup and email to customer care but so far no response. We are senior citizen, our life has been disrupted and frustrated.       2 months been complaining, Software doesn't connect. Nobody answers telephone calls. No service support. Went to the factory, only gatekeeper was available. Zero customer focus ...Pathetic !
      Big mistake buying stuff from Milagrow . Never again!!

        I bought 2 Robot- one Imap 9 (70k) & Venii Max (1 lakh) during lockdown.

        I had been using Venii Max regularly for a few months after purchasing till it started causing trouble.
        After complaining, they repaired it as it was in warranty period.

        Recently some issues arose so I sent it to the service centre.
        After servicing, it's wheel stopped working again and i had to send it back for servicing. When I got it back from the service centre, it again stopped working for the 3rd time.

        In a month I have already sent it twice for servicing with it's charges + pickup & drop charges + visiting charge (from Mumbai to Gurgaon).

        Still it's not working. I don't know if it's a good idea to send it to the service centre again and again when it does not work even after getting it back.
        Now I am asking for refund or exchange. They are offering me aqua bot 21 in exchange with the price 22k.
        Aquatbot 21 price is 59k on their site but other few sites it's price is different 24k, 29k & 39k. That means I am getting only 2k to 7k not sure price for my venii max which I bought in 1 lac.
        But I don't want to invest more on millagrow product. So I request them to service it again, according to my experience with other product after servicing there is warranty period of 1 or 3 month .
        But they refusing & now asking quotation for service. They are not replying after reminding many times

        Very disappointed with millagrow products after spending so much money.
        The main issue is the service centre which is only in Gurgaon and not in any other cities. There has been no support from sales department, customer care or the technician.

                Battery has considerably gone down Even after more than 24 hrs charging, it works only 10 to 15 mins. I have sent iMap10 by Indiapost Ref No CL[protected]IN dated 16 Jul 2022.

                Request do:
                (I) a complete service (i can hear some cracking sounds at times from some moving parts inside), and
                (ii) Replace battery with a new one (preferably with higher capacity)

                  I bought Milagrow IMap 10 last year in May 2021. I have faced issue of water leak for which it was serviced as well for resolution. Despite the service fix, the product is still leaking water. Since the issue is occurring multiple times in this defective product, they are NOT ready to replace it.

                    The vacuum cleaner is not moving in a proper pattern. Unable to add map in the robot. It leaves places in between without cleaning

                      I bought this product nearly one month back. Initially it was good but after some time without any force water tank hinge broken. While it was cleaning. But company made me to buy new water tank with some discount. But how this right? When there is a design issue in the product. They should have replaced it with new one without any cost.

                          My company had bought floor robot worth almost rupees one lac. But it lacks the very basic functionality and what is shown is not there. Bought it on basis of that was shown as due to covid demonstration could not be given. Milagrow agreed to take it back after cutting some price . But now they are not responding to their offer.
                          It would be helpful if they keep upto this offer at least as the basic flaws in the product can not be rectified.

                              I have forgotten pattern lock & due to to many attempts its showing to sign up & google accounts & then reset password will be sent to you but i am not having any google account so while trying to factory reset option by using on & off button pressing + volume down button then languages coming which is not understandable on screen showing 10 menus but we required to understand this language only in engllish so help on the same my contact no

                              The product was sold 8 years ago to you. The pattern lock can not be rectified without flashing the software again. It is not possible to repair it now at your destination. Please send back the product and pay a service charge of Rs 750.- We shall try and rectify.

                                I bought this product in 2018 and within 4 months the product was not working. On speaking to the customer care they advised to send it to gurgaon for repair. It took more than two month for the repair and receiving back. After receiving i hardly used for another month and found the robot stopping in every 5 minutes. The technician visited after a month and said there is a battery problem and the product is out of warranty, the battery is around 5k and the gave me 10 percent discount. Aftr facing these many issues how on the earth can i believe milagrow to provide a better battery? The worst part is the product remained with them or under repair for so many months and they have turned a deaf ear to atleast provide a better discount to buy battery.

                                Hi Ma'am, You bought the product in August 2018. You had a problem with the Product. We received the product in our service centre on Oct 30th 2018. We repaired and dispatched it after thorough checking on Nov1st 2018. The product got delivered to you on Nov 6th 2018. We have full records of Fedex in our CRM. In May 2019 you bought a brush as an accessory. In Nov 2019 you complained of battery weakening. Our Engineer spoke to you and informed that the battery is weak and you need to buy a new battery. The battery was costing 5500 and you asked for a discount which was given as a goodwill gesture at Rs 3900/- You did not respond after that and we have received this complaint here. We do not know how more we can help you. The battery warranty is for 6 months. The battery life depends on the number of cycles of charging. We use battery with 1000 cycles in this robot. It is possible that the cycles got exhausted and hence the life is finished. Just buy the battery and your issue will be resolved. Always at your service.

                                You think it was a 1 day affair of getting the product repaired..i tried myself several times and then video calls from customer care..i wish to understand why does the product get so many repairs within a year.Your servicing is not a solution for a high end product..the quality of the product also plays a big role.why the customer should suffer for a compromised quality within a year of purchase!you cannot call it a gesture when the battery stops working within a year.Nowhere did you mention before purchase of product that battery life is just 1 year.
                                Low quality products and difficult reach is not what we expect after paying huge amount for a robot.please upgrade yourself to other competitors and then speak about your service.

                                  Hi I had purchased the product in the month of March 2019.In the beginning they didn't send sny representative for a demo for many days.Then the issue started.It mentioned that you can do mopping but the fact is if the cloth get wet the machine just won't move.So even though paying for both I am using only single mode, till the suction power of the machine was good, unfortunately the robot was acting weirdly as the wheels were jammed, I asked the company to repair it.They accepted so we sent it through courier and waited for its return.After its return it worked properly for 10 days.Again the robot was acting weirdly as the wheels were jammed, I asked the company again but they don't respond us.The quality of the product is really pathetic and depressed for me. It's the worst experience for me..So please save my product and money..Thank you..

                                    Hi I had purchased the product in the month of March 2019. In the beginning, for many days they didn't sent any representative for a demo, then the issue started. Till the suction of robot is very good but the mop is not satisfied, unfortunately the robot was acting weirdly as the wheels were jammed, we send it to there courier and waited for several days to get it return, After it worked 10days perfect but again the robot wheels were jammed, I asked the company to solve it but they didn't respond us, the quality of the product is really pathetic and depressed for me, it's the worst experience for me, so please save my product and money...Thank you...

                                      Hi purchased the product in the month of jan 2019, since the begining first for many days they didn't sent any representative for a demo, then the issue started. The way they behave and the quality of the product is really pathetic and not to rely on. It's shows how an indian company and their employees ignore csat. It's the worst experience every with any product.

                                      We are attaching our internal records of the 2 post purchase visits to your home in Feb. The proof of GPS is given. The warranty repair, pick up and drop of your July end complaint was done free of cost. You were charged Rs 500 for a broken wheel as it is not covered in warranty. In case you would like us to refund the same, let us know and we would do it. Regret the inconvenience. Regards
