Milcent Atta Chakki — Service request complaint

I had purchased Milcent Atta chakki on 2009. it is working fine but now onwards it will taking more time than usual. So, i think it requires service so i called the ahmedabad office of milcent atta maker (which is near to my area)address is below.

But when i say about service they disconnected the call. So, i tried two times but same result. One time they said hello..hello.. and disconnected the call.

So, i tried 4th time and after that they written my service request.

This is my worst experience about service complaint.
