Milcent Atta Chakki Complaints & Reviews

I have bought milcent atta chakki 6 months ago. After purchasing milcent it will suddenly stop while flouring. When i called for helping out for servicing the receptionist interact with us very badly. We are not bothered about the product. It'll mad by the human so it's happening (Machine running error) while using but at least response from them are too much poor. (From ahmedabad help center).

Very disappointed....

We purchased milcent atta chakki - model - maxima whisper (Model no.-f9 22 ra 476), abour 5 years back from gwalior.
Since then, the chakki is working well. But there is one problem of damage of sieves, right from starting.
We made complaints and were told that this was due to some stone in wheat.
So, we bought new sieves and managed.
We faced this problem about 8-10 times till now. All the times the sieves damaged from the same place. We told this to service people all the times, as this problem might be due to some settings problem in chakki, but they never listned to us.
Now we are forwarding this matter to you, if we can get any support in this matter.

Sir milcent is very reputed company since last 70 years so we have purchased it from navyug enterprise gondal road opp bombay garage rajkot to looks at at the reputation of the company when we approach on 28/12/2017 the dealer told us that give me your address and delivery of milcent will be done so we paid up full payment of milcent atta chaki of rs 20000 at a time on enquiring about bill the representative of authorised dealer fail to give authorised bill we frequently approached to dealer but neither positive reply nor bill is given till date and told us we cannot issue bill and we cannot issue duplicate bill also, do whatever u can so we compale to brought this thing into your kind notice

Hello sir,
I was purchase milcent chakki on 18/07/2016. It was working fine but now a day there was a problem in "circuit" and company person was give as new circuit on 11/09/2017 and today same problem appear. And also have heating and it make fast voice.

I had purchased Milcent Atta chakki on 2009. it is working fine but now onwards it will taking more time than usual. So, i think it requires service so i called the ahmedabad office of milcent atta maker (which is near to my area)address is below.

I had purchsed Milcent atta chakki few months ago and face problems with is immideatly in two months. I called the customer care and their service center near my area but the provider always made some excuses and skipped me for two months. Now i have thrown that to a bhangar wala. If you guy are paying please look for some reliable manufacturer and not a maker company like this.

I had a milcent atachakki..and it isnin the guranty peeiod...but last 2and 3mnhts before...some problem problem arsies...motor i not workin...and call to service cnentr tere in no reponce...they are demanding for money...plz solve my problem as soon as possible...
