Milesweb — Not refunding my money within 30 days of purchase

I had purchased a hosting plan from MilesWeb (https://www.milesweb.in/) on 22/07/2021, but due to their poor server reliability I raised a cancellation ticket and to refund my money back.

But their responses in the ticket don't seems relevant. Kindly help me in getting my money refunded.

Note: On there website they have highlighted 30 days money back guarantee. And I had raised the ticket within 30 days.
