I have purchased the "Geeky" (shared server) plan on 25th of June 22, paid 2800 for 3 years. on 27th the website went down, so I asked them to upgrade to 1 year "Rapid" (shared server) hosting plan (configuration better then Geeky). again I faced the same issue. this time I asked for refund, they refused to pay back and showed me the TOS. So I asked them to upgrade to "VPS V2" plan on 29th June 22. They took 2 days to configure saying migration is under process. still the website is performing like Rs.500/yearly shared server plan. They are litterly selling garbage calling it VPS. and on google reviews also I have seen may ppl complaining about the same. they make u purchase cheapest plan, and later on purposely they'll make ur website down, and ask you to go with higher plan. each time they will give the same excuse, that your website is using maximum resources. they are cheater and fraudsters. kindly take a strong action agaist them. operating from nashik.

    Dear Users
    Here comes my review for milesweb. I always appreciated their support and never wanted to write this negative review. I will not leave any medium left and will take paid to write these reviews on every platform, just to open eyes of their Deepak Kori, I send him message on LinkedIn.
    Guys they messed up everything, and I lost all 50GB data...
    A hugely dangerous, unorganized unprofessional, not capable o[censored]nderstanding written English. I will make all my tickets public to see what they have done.
    Look at this milesweb, and contact me...
    if you not solve my issue it will be really bad

      We are facing continuous website issues every day, complaints are answered but last for 2-3 hours and the condition is same again.

      every day the website is down and the session expiring issue occurs and when asked to rectify they say its done but in an hour the issue appears again.

      sql database access error comes every second day. my cleints are complaining and whenever i raise a complaint they take 1-2 hours time on chat and even after that the issue remains un resolves.

        Not refunding my money within 30 days of purchase

        I had purchased a hosting plan from MilesWeb (https://www.milesweb.in/) on 22/07/2021, but due to their poor server reliability I raised a cancellation ticket and to refund my money back.

        But their responses in the ticket don't seems relevant. Kindly help me in getting my money refunded.

        Note: On there website they have highlighted 30 days money back guarantee. And I had raised the ticket within 30 days....

        My auto renew date was set in MilesWeb system was 06/05/2021 and it was autorenew on that day. Before auto renew I also renewed it manually on 03/05/2021 so 3 days before your date of autorenew.

        So my renew date was 06/05/2021 based on milesweb system. But after renewal, I am getting feedback that I should have renewed it before 10 days of expiry as Registrar has changed his policy.

        So here, fault is from either your end or registrar end. Either you have not updated your system based on registrar's instruction or registrar has not informed you this well in advance. So it is you or registrar who has made mistake so I am not the liable person to pay this big penalty of 250 USD. But as my domain was not working and was loosing my business, I had to pay to start my domain & save my reputation.

        All the fault is done from milesweb end or registrar end so either they bare this amount or ask registrar to bare this amount and refund my money since it is not my mistake.

        Do the needful as early as possible.

          My site has not been working for a few days, I opened a ticket to solve this problem and they are now blaming the server. It is not the first time this has happened. Very disappointed.

            I have bought few hosting plans with milesweb. they have promised me for 99.95% uptime. But when my site is at good reputation their servers stopped working. When i asked for the solution, their executives are laughing with each other on the call. I was really shocked with their response. I asked for a refund but they are refusing it, and replying with that it will take one month to refund the amount. my kind request is to stop this scam and refund my money.

              I have purchased the server and its down since 17 days more than 90 emails i had done but still servers not working please dont buy servers from them

                I have purchased reseller plan in milesweb on 2018, till jan 2020 service was fine. Suddenly on feb 03'2020 all of my files nearly 70gb files got vanished. I asked to the support team via chat, they said file system got crashed so all data were gone and we are trying to recover it. Its been 10 days i have requested them to get my data back, really frustrated. All of my clients are started giving pressure on my team. Every day we are asking them, they are saying our technical team is working. I lost my hope, now i am writing this mail to take some action against the company regarding the issue happened for me. And also be aware of such kind of companies. They will show attractive ads but everything is fake, they are here to loot our money for non sense service.
