I have purchased an annual package of shared hosting from milesweb as per role they have 30 days money back guarantee but i have an issue in hosting and their technical team were not able to resolve the issues. Then i requested my money back and close my account they are not replying any more. Where as at the same time my present hosting provider resolved the issue within 24 hours.
