Milton — Thermosteel 1000 with flip lid found broken after purchase

I recently purchased a Thermosteel 1000 with Flip Lid bottle from a genuine seller on Flipkart. After a week o[censored]se, I found that the outer layer is overheating and the water inside does not remain warm. I need a replacement for this faulty product.

I have already registered a complaint on Milton official website, but the response has been inadequate. Despite being told to wait 48 hours, it has now been a week without any resolution.

Please address my complaint and arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
