I had ordered a Milton water bottle on 02nd January 2025 at a cost of Rs.696/-. On delivery the product was found damaged one, The damaged piece was taken by them on 17th January 2025. The item is yet to be replaced. They are neither giving a new product nor returning the money. It is more than a month.

I recently purchased a Thermosteel 1000 with Flip Lid bottle from a genuine seller on Flipkart. After a week o[censored]se, I found that the outer layer is overheating and the water inside does not remain warm. I need a replacement for this faulty product.

I have already registered a complaint on Milton official website, but the response has been inadequate. Despite being told to wait 48 hours, it has now been a week without any resolution.

Please address my complaint and arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.

Aur bataya tha ki Maine Milton Electric Lunch Box euroline with 03 container (NEW) Dinank 03.01.2024 ko kharida tha parantu uprokt Electric Tiffin kaam nhi kar raha tha. Jiske bare mei maine Shopekeeper ko bata diya tha aur unhone MILTON Company ko iss bare mei suchit karne ke liye kaha. Uske baad maine Milton company ko kai baar mail dwara suchit kiya par koi santoshjanak jawab prapt nahi hua na he meri samasya ka koi samadhan hua.
Iss sambhandh mei Milton company se Mr. Bipin Dubey, Sales Executive (Mobile Number [protected]) ne mujh se baat ki aur uprokt Defective Electric Tiffin ko Goyal Bartan Store, Pinjofre, Distt. Panchkula, State Haryana ko wapis dene ke liye kaha tha aur yeh bhi kaha ki aapko khud phone karke jald he iss bare mei suchit karenge aur meri samasya ka samadhan karenge.
Iss bare mei company ne mail dwara Mr. Davinder Singh ka naam aur Mobile Number [protected] diya gya tha aur unse baat karne ke liya kaha tha. Maine unse bhi baat ki thi par unhone kaha ki aapka samadhan jald kar diya jaega aap Mr. Bipin Dubey, Sales Executive (Mobile Number [protected]) se he baat kijiye.
Iske baad Mr. Bipin Dubey, Sales Executive (Mobile Number [protected]) ne Defective Electric Tiffin ko wapis Goyal Bartan Store, Pinjofre, Distt. Panchkula mei dene aur 07 din ka samay manga tha. Joki Defective Electric Tiffin ko Goyal Bartan Store, Pinjofre, Distt. Panchkula mei diye hue aaj lagbhag 20 din ho chuke hain par abhi tak meri samsya ka koi bhi samadhan nhi hua hai. Bahut he afsos ki baat hai ki MILTON company mei aise employee kaam kar rahe hain jinhein company ki reputation ka koi bhi khayal nahi hai. Yeh bahut he gair jimmedarana harkat hai. Sir, Meri samasya ka abhi tak koi samadhan nhi hua hai aur Milton Company ke aise raveye ke karan main Kaafi Hatash Aur nirash ho chukka hun. Aapse nivedan hai ki company par uski iss gair jimmedarana raveye ke liye kam se kam aisa jurmana lagaya jaye taaki bhavisya mei aisa wah kisi anya customer ke saath aisa na kar sake.

हम मिल्टर का थर्मश रखे है जो खरीदने के 1 महीने तक सही काम किया फिर उसके बाद न ही पानी गर्म रहता है और न ही ठंडा रहता है और कंपनी का मानना है कि 24 घंटे तक जैसे हम रखते है वही रहेगा

We had bought 1 litr. capacity MILTON thermosteel flask[protected], 3 months ago . When I tried to put hot water, the flask becomes vey hot from outside, just like normal steel utensils. So also the water cools down within 3 hrs. as such the purpose of the thermosteel flask is not served at all. I am very disappointed about the performance of Milton product.
Please help me in replacement of the product....

I have raised my complaint on 19 feb 2022 via mail to Milton regarding broken lid of my electric tiffin under the warranty. i got mail also, within 2 week they will supply on my given address, after so many call on their customer number also, i did not get yet( more than 3 month). every time they told will provide next week

I have purchased 06 nos. bottle from a shop dated 01-May--2022.
but today we found there is some quality issue. checked putting water into different bottle. by putting water into milton taste of water changes not able to swallow. Very bas taste.

Checked in steel bottle water is good to dring.

requesting to replace the same.

I had bought a Milton flask in about 6 months back. Used it for a couple of days and then kept it. Today when I filled it with hot water, it became completely hot outside and the water-cooled down after 3 hours. I do not have the warranty card.
I hope my grievance is conveyed to the concerned people and athe product is replaced at the earliest.

With in 3 month 500 ml Milton bottle cap problem

I had purchased milton thermosal water bottle - in august 2021 from flipkart We found that the bottle is not keeping water warm for this we contact the milton by mail and mobail but not get any response from there side.

We are surprise that such a big company and no one is responding so please look into the matter because we are unable to use the product.

Water is not getting hot.

Please get it replace or pay back our money

I had purchased a Milton Kettle from amazon some time back. The cap/ Lid of the Kettle developed issues after a few weeks o[censored]sage. It did not keep the vessel heated and instead started leaking. The cap/lid also did not function properly and split into 2 pieces. Due to lockdown we could not take up the matter earlier. The product is still under warranty and we wish for replacement of the product at the earliest. However, after speaking to Milton, they are unperturbed and are unwilling for replacement.

I have purchased Milton premium 3 burner (BLUE) through Amazon and finally it has been delivered in Feb 2021. Surprisingly, it has been seen that paint of the Stove is coming out from many places. I contacted to Amazon Service Centre, who advised me to contact Milton company for claiming warranty for the same. It is highly surprising to see that Milton is not resolving the issue and only claiming Quality assurance for this product immensely but product has got defected in just 6 month period. This is just a rubbish quality of product has been DELIVERED BY MILTON on Amazon. Kindly do needful in the matter and to resolve the issue. KINDLY NOTE THAT this defects came out in just 06 months as against warranty of 1 year and extended warranty of 6 months additional. Milton has delivered rubbish product through AMAZON to the customer and showing disinterest attitude having denial mode to resolve the issue.

My Spotzero mop is under warranty and this Mop rod and bucket also not working properly. I register my complaint on Milton tollfree but they are not giving proper response.

I am a Principal in a private school.
I had purchased a Milton vertex flask of 750 ml, blue colour with blue glass, about 6 months back and used it for a week. Now when I filled it with hot water, the flask became completely hot outside and the water-cooled down after 3 hours or so.
I do not have the warranty card so I have no way to prove that it is still in the warranty period.
I therefore request you to lodge my grievance and replace the flask at the earliest.

I purchase milton electric tiffin through flipcart but the cable to fit renains loose and also auto cut after 30 minutes not functioning

Bought treo storage glass jars with maroon airtight lids 1 and a half years ago. The lids are all cracking up and breaking . I am left with 32 bottles of 4 different sizes with no lids in such a short time with no replacement spaare lids available.
The quality of the lids is very very poor.

I had bought Milton Thermosteel (SS 303) one Ltr capacity flask in feb 2020.when I put hot water, the flask becomes very hot from outside, just like normal steel utensil. Since I paid quite high amount around (Rs. 850/-) I am not at all satisfied with its performance and I was facing this problem since from 11 months. I have misplaced the warranty card, but the defect is genuine. Now i come to know about this website of complaint register so am submitting my complaint here. I hope my grievance is conveyed to the concerned person and my complaint is promptly looked into and the defective flask be replaced at the earliest.

Hot WATER problem not properly work

1 nozzle has broke and another is not working. Please call me at [protected].
I want a technician to be visiting me at the earliest and this is a health hazard.

We have purchased the above mentioned tiffin on 23.08.2020 through Amazon.in. within 5 months it is not heating the food. Heating system is not working. We have tried so many times on you customer care number[protected] but nobody has called us till now. This leaves a very bad experience about Milton. Kindly provide us your CEO/Sales Head contact number so that we can lodge a complaint to him. If you dont do we will arrange ourselves and call them.
The item has 6 months warranty period which is going to expire next month in February 2021. So please take prompt action to encourage your customer.
