Mims Hospital — Not giving printed vaccination bill

Dear Team,

I have vaccinated dose2 from MIMS, Calicut on 16 Aug 21 vaccinated by Ms.Jijina. They have issued me a handwritten slip which have missed from my end.they are not ready to giving me duplicate copy or printed bill now..approached directly to know the reason not received proper replay. Request your support to get the bill.expeting earlier response from your end
