I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the level of service I received during my recent visit to Aster MIMS chala. My patient identification number is[protected], and I was admitted on morning 10am[protected].

I arrived at the hospital on [Date and Time of Arrival] with a serious medical condition that required immediate attention. Unfortunately, I experienced an unreasonably long delay in the admission process, which led to prolonged discomfort and distress for both me and my family.

Throughout the waiting period, there was a distinct lack of communication regarding the status of my admission. I was left in the dark about when I would receive medical attention, which only added to my anxiety.

I believe that timely admission is crucial for patient well-being, and the delay I experienced was unacceptable. I expect a higher standard of care and service from a reputed institution like ASTER MIMS

I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Patients should not have to endure such distressing situations when seeking medical care.

      25/5/2023 I had bad experience from mims hospital(kottakkal)
      That day I consulted for kidney stone due pain Iam tied too much that time one sister (night shift employee time 1 am) she treat me very badly due to that improper treat I lost a lot of blood from my body .i need proper action for this improper treatment .i attached photo for my bed experience

        Hi,

        I am writing this mail to complaint about canteen facility of mother and children block. We were admitted 2 times (Jan 10th and march 4th)and both time we experienced irresponsibility of canteen staff. Not taking orders properly, we were not getting time on correct time. If we ordered on time also they are telling like we were not ordered. Also mobile number provided for canteen supervisor is not working. This is a humble request . Please take necessary actions.

                My name is Mohammad Nishad (File No:[protected]. Two years ago, I had problems with sever back pain radiating to my left lower limbs, which made it difficult for me to sit, stand, walk or do any of my daily activities. As recommended by the doctor, I underwent MRI scan and was diagnosed with L5-S1posterior disc herniation exerting secondary spinal canal stenosis biforaminal nerve entrapment I underwent PELD L5 S1 LEFT PRT PLUG IMPLANTATION as advised by the doctor on 14/02/2020. The surgery went smoothly. But recently, I started having similar problems with my back and my left limb. I took a MRI scan which showed the same diagnosis as the previous MRI done before the surgery. According to what the doctor (Dr. Faisal Iqbal) said after the surgery, the problems that I suffered with would never repeat again. If my disc was removed during the surgery, how did it appear again in the recent MRI? Have you had surgery? Doubt has been raised by many docters, yes I have doubts now

                  My father has been admitted on may 3 rd with severe stomach ache. After the test they told us that there is stone in cystic duct and needs operation to remove cystic duct and gall bladder. If we are ready to give consent they will do the next day. But it is not done till now. The patient is having severe pain. The patient was also told to not have food and he has not ate anything for nearly 2 days.

                    It was on February 14th, I went to Aster MIMS Hospital to have my Micro blading.They still told me to take the appointment and start the treatment within the next week. But I have not got the ment yet. I called several times but there wasn't any required responses from them. Already i paid the consultation and registration fee.

                      A patients look changes due to the medication he is taking. Without knowing age of patient, kindly request your nurses that not to address "achan". It gives immense pressure to the patient on his appearance. I have two such experience where my husband felt deeply hurt. Appreciate if they call chetta for all patients unless they correct it

                        The doctor did not diagnose at all and I requested for penile dopler test he printed and said you asked for the test I have not asked for it.If there is Ego and attitude towards the patient by the doctor where will the patient go.I want an explanation regarding this or this will be complained to the MD and CEO.

                          Hello,

                          I would like to bring to your attention about mis behaviour of the Nurse of Doctor Sindhu Madam. We had consultation at 11.40 and doctor asked to get few test reports which we got at 2.30 and went back for consultation. We waited until 4 o clock and upon asking nurse, she responds rudely that you have met doctor once. There are people waiting to meet for first time. My wife is 8 months pregnant and also got vaccinated today but nurse paid least care for us. Kindly request to address the matter.

                            I wish to bring your attention to the following for your judicious action.

                            First of all let me express our satisfaction for your excellent service and care given to the patient.

                            My wife SUSHAMA DEVI K bearing ID number[protected] expired on[protected] at 3.55 am due to cardiac problem followed by covid. As i have to get the body released at the earliest i cleared the bill in full settlement, without waiting for insurance amount.

                            1) Total bill amount is 175275, including food expense of Rs.2555 . So
                            eligible insurance coverage is 172720 only.
                            2) Hospital claimed an amount of Rs.184662 in the bill of same patient.
                            Insurance company after deducting Rs.5047authorised Rs.179615.
                            On verification of the report it is found that Rs.5047 is again deducted
                            by hospital from my eligible amount of Rs.172720. So i taken up the
                            matter to the manager, who is dealing the insurance section of the
                            hospital informed me that nobody bargained like this so far. The
                            replay is not at all reasonable. here it is clear that there is no
                            bargaining on my part but only requested to refund the amount
                            deducted by hospital from me.
                            In order to justify the stand of bill section, they submitted a
                            settlement report which is a clear proof of my argument is correct.
                            3) Final amount shown as Rs.187217, which included the expense of
                            food amount of Rs2555 already paid by me. They have arrived a
                            figure under non medical expense of Rs.7602. The derived
                            amount is nothing but unnecessarily deducted from me an amount
                            of Rs.5047+ food expense, total comes Rs 7602.

                            In a full settled bill how the difference is taken place which cannot be justified through law of justice and mathematical accuracy. More over hospital is having no loss. So i request your reasonable and favorable action in this regard.

                                  And today morning I got a text message from mims for appointment that could be 10:25 am afater now 7:15 I got another text message that your appointment re schedule 12pm tomarrow and I got call too and she don't even want explain what's the reson reschedule the appointment ment she talk harsh with me and now I got another message is your appointment is 12:35 ... What's its mean I take appointment like 35 days back and they playing with me it's not acceptable at least you guys should inform like one day before not like this way ...
