Minda Battery — Discharged battery

I have purchased it on dated 9.12.2021 from Aruna motors Saintala dist.Balangir Odisha. Aruna motors charged the battery and found faulty but denied to give me a new one and not even heard my problem of swelling my ankle joint due to start the pulsar 150 bike by kicking.
