Minimalist — Paid product not received

I placed an order with minimalist while ago and that was paid order and I didn’t received any order when tried contacting them they said your has been cancelled because you refused to take it. Why would I refuse to take order when it was paid order. I didn’t recieve any call from there end and when I try to contacting them via email they said they will look into it they are not responding now
