Paid product not received

I placed an order with minimalist while ago and that was paid order and I didn’t received any order when tried contacting them they said your has been cancelled because you refused to take it. Why would I refuse to take order when it was paid order. I didn’t recieve any call from there end and when I try to contacting them via email they said they will look into it they are not responding now...

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I ordered three products from minimalist which was delivered on 07.05.2023 but due to some work i opened it today i.e. on 08.05.2023 and find out that my full package is damaged from inside and one of my product is also leaked.
So, It is requested to please look into this matter. It is requested to take these materials back and refund me my money. The images of the damaged and leaked products are attached to...
