On expiry of the driving license period, I applied for renewal of Driving license. As I belong to all India service, hence my address as mentioned in Old driving license is now not relevant. Accordingly I applied for updating / change of address also for which options were available with the online form.(Application no. [protected]) Consolidated payment also made accordingly with the help of RTO office. Since April 2021, even after lapse of 6 months and visiting frequently to the RTO office I have not been issued renewed Driving license. It is said that "as I had applied for both renewal & change of address together, hence it is not progressing further for issue of renewed license. Had I applied for only one item it could have been completed one after one". I am unable to decide further course of action. MoRTH is requested to resolve my issue and make the website / procedures more user friendly. Was this information helpful? |
