Sir,
I made online payment of Rs. 500 in respect of APPLICATION NO. [protected] for Learner Licence and my bank account stands debited with that amount however Fee Slip has not been generated. Sarathi website showing the Ref no. DL2019SD0981761 of payment PAID however status as PENDING.
Kindly either provide confirmation of the payment as success so that I can book LL test slot or arrange refund so that I can make payment once again to proceed. There is no helpline or support from authorities for applicants on this issue which is very frustrating & injustice to applicants. What is the use of online service when it isn't full-proof. In 2017, the make payment stage was last in the process which has shifted to 2nd these days. This is even more frustrating for the mass which takes away our belief in the government. You are holding my money unnecessarily so kindly arrange a REFUNDwithin 24 hours.
